The design duo designed the costumes for the star’s Girlie Show Tour in 1993 and Madonna has also featured in a number of Dolce & Gabbana advertising campaigns in addition to having pieces designed using her as the main inspiration. The collection comprises of a six piece range of different styles and Madonna will also be the face of the MDG advertising campaign which will show her modelling the sunglasses. The six pairs of MDG sunglasses are sleek, striking and sophisticated; perfectly depicting the essence of Madonna’s style and typical of the overall look of the Dolce & Gabbana brand. The sunglasses comprise of classic oversized and wraparound designs and all feature the MDG logo on the arm, with the ‘M’ on each pair, embellished in beautiful diamante stones.
